This EFT level 1 training will be held LIVE online over Zoom

EFT Level 1 Basic is an introduction to EFT. You will learn how to use EFT for anxiety, stress, minor discomfort, pain & cravings.

EFT Level 2 has a trauma focus. You will learn EFT techniques for trauma, PTSD, phobias, working with pets, using EFT for groups & limiting beliefs.
